このストールは、染色に使った藍の最後に余った染料を活用し、自然の恵みを無駄にしないという想いから生まれました。

藍の色合いは、使えば使うほど少しずつ変化し、さらにその日の天候や光によっても見え方が変わります。

【ご使用上の注意】

・基本的には、通常通りの手洗いで問題ありません。
・染めた直後のため、最初のうちは余分な色素が出ることがありますが、他の布に色移りする心配はほとんどありません。
・とはいえ、色が落ち着くまでは単独での洗濯をおすすめします。
・濡れた状態で強くこすると、色移りの原因になります。
・「こする」動作はできるだけ避けてやさしくお取り扱いください。

This special stole is a collaboration between De Umi and Yasuno, a sustainable Japanese brand based in Miura City, Kanagawa, where indigo is grown and fermented to create beautiful garments.

Crafted using the leftover indigo dye from the final stage of production, this piece reflects our commitment to valuing every drop of nature’s gift.

The indigo color evolves over time—the more you wear it, the more it changes. Depending on the day’s weather and light, the shades of blue appear differently, just like the ever-changing color of the sea. It’s a unique item you can enjoy throughout the year.

【Care Instructions & Precautions】
• Regular hand washing is generally fine.
• Some excess dye may come out during the first few washes, but it rarely transfers to other fabrics.
• For safety, we recommend washing separately until the color stabilizes.
• Rubbing the fabric while wet may cause color transfer.
• Please avoid excessive friction and handle gently.
